30-Inch Convection Double Wall Oven, Pro Line® Series is rated 3.4783 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oven never worked well from the beginning It's 5 yrs old (2013) and a double wall oven - pro-line. It takes forever to heat up on conventional so we normally heat it up using convection. It stopped working and blew our circuit breaker a number of times when it was 3 yrs old. Since it was out of warranty we paid to have some electronic part replaced. It was the part that shuts off the oven if it gets too hot. Now it's a little under 5 years old and it's all happening again. Blew the circuit a few times then didn't but just shut off and won't work at all; not even the clock is working. I expected much, much more from a Kitchenaide product than this one has delivered.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This model is disappointing. The top oven is noisy. Reading other reviews that say the same thing leads me to believe it is a design flaw. The oven takes a long time to preheat and to cool down. This seems not energy efficient! I have tried to figure out how to change the oven temp while baking and can't find any information on that, except when in sabbath mode, whatever that is! Not user friendly , and I use my oven a lot. Wish it was more fun! One good thing to report is that it does bake evenly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slow to heat; noisy; beautiful inside and out Looks can be deceiving. This model is beautiful inside and out. However, the fan is very noisy (sounds like a plane's engine) and it stays on for at least 30 mins after use; it's very slow to heat to desired temperature (can take 30-45 mins to get to 400); and simply opening the door for a few seconds to add / remove food sends the temperature plummeting (usually 100 degrees). I'm not sure if it's defective or just adjusted incorrectly, or if it's simply a bad model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Quality, Great Value and Superior Performance This unit replaced a GE Profile double oven whose fans were intolerably loud. We saw a video on this unit and noticed the absence of fan noise as it was demonstrated. We found the fans to be exceptionally quiet during operation and cool down which took about 35 minutes after the initial burn in (350 for 1 hour). PROS: Easy of use, Triple racks (1 ball bearing), ovens are both temp. probe capable, No visible lower element, large capacity (fits a 16" pizza pan), Very even heating. CONS: I could not set a delayed start time when using temp probe (if it is possible, the manual is no help in explaining how to do so) SUMMARY: Both our children are professional Chefs and they're just as impressed with this unit as we are. We would all, highly recommend this unit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product is too noisy and takes a long time to warm up This oven takes a long time to heat up- at least 20 minutes and the fan is noisy and takes over an hour after cooking to shut off. The service person said this is normal. I would not recommend this oven to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really like kitchen aid product!!! Kitchen Aid products mean dependability. The double oven temperatures are always correct. All my cakes and pies bake evenly, which is extremely important when you bake homemade cakes constantly. I use my oven daily so it gets a lot of use. We picked the kitchen Aid for the size of the oven. It is bigger then most ovens on the market for wall oven and we know their product are great! .I also have a mixer and a new food processor that I can cut cucumbers in for pickles instead of chopping off my finger. Their product last. I recommend all their products. They are wonderful to use and the bottom grate in the ovens is on rollers so it slides out easily. It is also easy to read the controls which is important as we get older. buy one today

Rated 3 out of 5 by from product needed repair almost immediately I bought Kitchenaid double oven, microwaave, dishwasher, stove top, and refrigerator when I redid the kitchen in May 2013. Both the refrigerator and one of the ovens needed repair within 6 months. and the fridge has developed another problem since the repair. And the dishwasher does not clean as well as the Kenmore I had before. This does not live up to the quality I expected from Kitcheb Aid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A thing of beauty and a practical oven An aesthetically appealing oven comparable to others that are twice the price! Pre-heat time seems about average for this size oven (we had a Thermador prior). The vent fan does have a low hum which continues running well after shut-off. However, this is not unbearable and does not interfere with conversation or TV viewing. The vent is at the bottom and vents next to some wooden cabinetry below - not sure if this is something for concern. Overall though, we're quite pleased.
