To date the problems have been partially taken care of. The upper doors have been adjusted and work adequately.
The bottom door has been another matter. The gentleman who has been out twice has done a good job in adjusting the door so that it works much better but is not 100% fixed. It still does not close properly on rare occasions thus allowing the freezer to frost up, This problem happens on far fewer occasions than it did originally. If it continues to do this at all before the warranty runs we will be calling for service again and it will be necessary to replace the rails on which the door opens and closes.

The product is great for smaller families. The product was purchased since the kitchen was being remodeled and did not what an oversized refrigerator that would take away from the kitchen and cabinets. I looks and performs great but just a little small.

Overall disappointed. The items in the back of the refrigerator tend to freeze when set at the recommended 38 degrees temperature setting which is needed to keep items in the door cold.

It was so different in design that it took me quite some time to figure out where to place bottles, etc., especially tall items. I could not believe how much less my electricity bill is since I got the new frig. That part I really like!

I have now owned this refrigerator for almost a year and have no complaints. The first delivery I received an appliance that had condensation continually on the outside. I'm guessing a gasket was loose somewhere. It was quickly replaced at no charge and I have been happy with this model ever since.
I ESP like the look of the counter depth, even though it makes the fridge smaller inside. A trade off I was willing to love with!
