I wanted a double oven stove, but after looking at how low the bottom stove was I was uncertain as to what to buy. The salesman recommended the convection/microwave combination. I prefer Kitchenaid products, so I purchased the microwave.
I love all the functions and being able to bake small items for everyday dinners to using the convection oven as my second oven for family parties. Because of the location of the stove my fan vents into my kitchen. The fan is extremely loud when the convection cycle is over. If I ever redo the kitchen I will have a hole cut in the ceiling and vent the fan out the attic and roof.

The kitchenaid microwave far exceeds any microwave I have ever owned. There are features on this that I haven't even discovered yet. Most of the cooking features are self explainatory and will walk you through them. There is definately no lack of cooking power. Overall, I will give this microwave a 9 out of 10, only due to the fact that it does not have a 30 second express button. Thanks for a great quality microwave.

Overall the microwave is good. It has a lot of features but is a little hi tech for my wife. I would recommend but it may take a little learning for some people.

We've owned this microwave for three months now and its been easy to pick up the controls and has worked flawlessly. Looks great with the matching range. Haven't used the conventional oven feature yet (maybe thanksgiving).
