4-Slice Toaster with Manual High-Lift Lever and Digital Display is rated 4.4488 out of 5 by 127.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from This product needs some work I bought this product because of the other reviews people have left and was left unsatisfied along with the bulkiness and the counter space it uses it has some issues. After about two days of using it the right side toast ejector stopped working leaving you to have to manually get your toast out of the toaster. It also cooks inefficient, you can cook a piece of bread on the number 3 setting one day and then the next day number three is either too light looking untasted at all or burnt dark brown. The consistency is way off and for a hundred bucks it should be not designed to perform like this. Very unhappy with its performance..........

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Average toasting performance, poor quality handles The performance of the toaster is acceptable...where I have a problem is the lever/handle design for the unit. A heavy push is required to seat the basket and begin the toasting process, and the cheap plastic handle for the toasting lever will not stand up to repeated use. I have gone through four handles in less than one year...for the premium price, a metal socket on the handle seems like a reasonable expectation - but unfortunately, the flimsy plastic parts WILL break on you. It's just a matter of time. For the price, I'd expect better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great but POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP and DESIGN We were so excited to get this stainless toaster with its relatively small footprint for a 4-slicer ... until it broke. We were unsure of the durability of the 2 middle handles and we should have trusted our instincts. The LEVER BROKE with minimal consistent pressure when we tried to make toast. I have since looked online and see many reviewers have complained of the poor quality and construction of its levers. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Will never buy another Kitchenaid toaster.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Working Toaster We purchased this toaster from Canadian Tire a few months ago after our other toaster stopped working. It works good, makes a sound before toast pops up. The only thing you have to watch for is the dial goes from 1-7 and 3 is the highest you want to use to toast bread cause it will burn it if you do. Do not care for crumb trays in back of toaster and also the cord is big and bulky to try to rap around under toaster. Other than that I guess it's okay. We loved our Farberware digital toaster with LED lights and three settings it beeped as the toast popped and lasted us for 12 years! Guess I'm still stuck on our old toaster! Other than that I guess this toaster will have to do!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great toaster I really like the toaster. My favorite features are being able to lift the toast up a bit higher to fish it out of the toaster and the digital display. The one thing that would have taken this over the top is being able to allow the user to adjust the length of time for each setting. The digital display shows bars to represent length of time for each of the numerical settings, so it seems as if one ought to be able to add a bar or subtract one from the basic numerical setting to make finer adjustments to the length of the toasting cycle. However, that's a minor annoyance. The toaster toasts well and I no longer have dark and light spots on the same side of the break, which the old toaster used to do.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Took forever to toast. I bought it because of the name, KitchenAid. Very disappointed. Took forever to toast. You could not adjust the settings unless you turned the dial and then tried to toast something. I even put four slices through at first to adjust the settings. My husband came in and made me breakfast. Eggs, bacon and toast. He put the bread in just before the eggs were done and we ate the eggs and bacon and the toast was still in the toaster cooking. We went back to our old toaster. Sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Toaster Ever KitchenAid 4 slice Toaster. This is the best toaster I have ever owned, and I have went through a lot of toasters. The last one I owned would either burn the toast by getting stuck, or you would have to put it back in again, and then it would burn. Nothing I hate more than burnt toast and the smell of burnt toast. I found the best setting for regular bread is 3. Muffins or thicker bread I put on 4. It comes out perfect every time. It is literally a perfect piece of toast, it almost looks fake it is so perfect. I have the four slice and you can use only one side. It beeps just before the toast pops up, and it makes it easy to coordinate with other items you are cooking as to when to put your bread in. It is slower than a regular toaster, but it toasts it perfect. No more burnt or under cooked toast. I love this toaster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Toaster I love the look and the brand name Kitchen Aid holds true. I love this toaster. I would recommend this to anyone. The only draw back I have is that I can't find a cover to fit the toaster. Its a great addition to my kitchen,
