Love love love my KitchenAid Stand mixer. I've used it for everything from mashed potatoes to pie filling to chocolate chip cookies. It's powerful, easy and a breeze to clean up. Just make sure the arm is locked before you start mixing or you'll have a mess, learned that the hard way!!
