Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest purchase I have ever made I bought my daughter a KitchenAid stand mixer and several attachments a few years ago and wanted one for myself but since I have the hand mixer and am single, I thought I would never use it. WAS I EVER WRONG. This past Christmas, we had a cookie day at my house with my daughter, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. We decided it was the start of a new tradition. I have used this at least once a week since I got it and have to say it has brought out the inner baker in me. What a wonderful product. And it looks great on my counter, too!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Hands Thank You! After rolling dough for pasta, raviolis and cannoli by hand, I convinced my wife that we just had to have this Kitchenaid Pasta Roller. I have to say, that it's a finely-built professional quality roller, extremely easy to use, easy to clean and is as consistent as you can get from dough sheet-to-sheet. It's well worth the money, and I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent choice This was a gift and I wasn't sure about it, as I had been using a manual pasta machine and thought I was very happy with it. However, the KitchenAid is far superior. It stores in very little space and cleanup is a breeze. The pasta is perfect and takes less time. I recommend it highly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worked great for about a year I was happy with this item until it started making a high-pitched squealing noise during operation; then it just stopped rolling. For an item this expensive, I would have expected greater durability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful I received my Kitchenaid Professional Mixer as a Christmas gift. It's totally awesome. I use it to make all of my breads, cakes, frostings, cookies, etc. Since I received it, I've baked more than ever. My hands and shoulders were causing me pain when I kneaded my bread, now "No More Kneading", thanks to Kitchenaid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great accessory I bought this right after Christmas and couldn't wait to receive it. My kids and I made ravioli and it was the best I've ever eaten. It does take some practice getting the dough size correct bit results were well worth it
