It is a wonderful hand blender to use. Very easy to use & powerful. The best feature of all is thy it can be taken apart & the blade section can just be put into the dishwasher. This feature to me is the best one. I trust the kitchen aid brand & they have proven yet again that they always put out an innovation, high quality product.

This is my third KitchenAid product and they have excelleent quality. I got mine for Christmas and as my son is the chef in the family, he was continually borrowing it. I got him his own (actually as a shower gift for his wife) in April. I use it for Smoothies and my favorite use is to puree soups. We have a new grandson and we use it to puree food for him. Love KitchenAid!
