Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked fine for two years but now has issues I purchased this oven to replace a prior Kitchenaid combo that I felt was a great product. After about 26 months of regular use, the oven temperature started to fluctuate and food was undercooked. A service tech came out under my extended warranty and determined it needed to be calibrated. He adjusted the temperature upward and showed me how to calibrate it myself. Food started burning after his visit and after many failed attempts to correct the temperature as I was instructed, I called my warranty company again. They refused to send out another service tech because they decided it was a calibration issue which they said was not covered by my warranty. I just paid $95 for a service call through an authorized Kitchenaid repair company. Two techs arrived and spent almost an hour figuring out exactly how much the oven temperature was off and recalibrated it again. I am very frustrated because Thanksgiving is next week and I have been trying to get this fixed since August. I would like someone to tell me why an oven can work well for two years and then suddenly change so drastically without a defective part causing the problem. I have been a reasonably good cook for over 35 years and now have no idea as to how anything I make in it will turn out. I hate this oven.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great microwave/wall oven combo I haven’t used the convection yet but the microwave and oven work great! The oven can be a bit noisy but I’ve gotten used to it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 Repairs in 3 Years Our entire kitchen is outfitted with KitchenAid products. We have a KitchenAid refrigerator, built in stove, exhaust hood, dishwasher, and this combination oven/microwave oven. We also have countless other KitchenAid products, such as our stand mixer and pour-over coffee maker. All of our products have been great; HOWEVER, this item has given us nothing but issues, and it's the same issue repeating over and over and over again. Nearly 1 year after purchase and installation we kept getting the F2E1 error message. Thankfully we were still barely under warranty. The repair company came out and couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they replaced the key pad. 1 year later the same thing started happening. I called KitchenAid and was told we were out of our warranty and even though it was less than 1 year since the last repair, the only warranty we had from that repair was on workmanship, not products. I then had to spend an additional $308 to purchase an extended warranty. The repair company came back out and, once again, replaced the keypad. Here we are, almost exactly 1 year to-the-date since that last repair, and we are yet again receiving the exact same error message and seeing the exact same problem. That's 3 keypad replacements in 3 years. We have spent countless thousands of dollars on KitchenAid products, and yet I've had to continue to spend hundreds of dollars to keep repairing the exact same problem on a yearly basis. We love all of our other KitchenAid products; however, I am becoming extremely frustrated with this product. We have followed the owner's manual to the letter. We prepare our food per the manual, we clean it per the manual, and we do everything we're supposed to because we don't want our very expensive appliance to fail. However, I am reaching my wit's end regarding this product. At this point, I'm not sure where to go and I refuse to keep spending money to continually repair the same problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Combination Wall Microwave/Oven I love the large oven with three racks. It preheats quickly and cooks evenly on convection or regular oven. The microwave reheats, defrosts and cooks food nicely. The fan on the regular oven is a little louder when preheating, but this is in no way a big deal. I would recommend this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has worked very well, so far. While one never wants to predict whether there will be major appliance issues, this products has worked flawlessly so far (28 months). The oven has accurate temperature control, cleans well on self-clean. The microwave does its job and the convection cook of the microwave works well. Could ask for more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Ovens We just had this installed for about 2 weeks now and it is a great unit. With the dual convection ovens you can cook two items at the same time. We really like the Raising Bread feature! So far we can't say anything bad about it and I don't think there will be.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All is well except... I have been using my Combination Wall oven now for about 5 months and it has been working great. The only thing that is concerning me is that even in the "bake" mode, NOT convection, the fan at the back is running through the whole baking time. So how then is this any different than convection baking? And is that fan supposed to be running. The manual says some models the fan will run for a while, but then is convection different? Otherwise I am very happy.
