Berry Soy-Cream Blend

This delicious berry smoothie recipe combines berries with juice, soymilk and tofu for a creamy, non-dairy drink.


    Makes 2 servings

  • 2
    cupsfrozen mixed berries
  • 14
    ouncesblackberries with juice or 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1
    cupsoymilk or almond milk
  • 1
    cupapple juice
  • 1/2
    cupsoft tofu (4 ounces)


  1. Place frozen berries, blackberries, soymilk, apple juice and tofu in pitcher of KitchenAid ® Torrent ™ Blender. Cover and blend on Icy Drinks/Smoothies setting.
  2. Pour into two glasses; serve immediately.
