Please carefully read the Service Instructions below:

1.        If you schedule your service with A&E Factory Service, in order to confirm you are home the day of service the technician will call you from the previous customers home unless you are the first call on the route. If you schedule with any servicer other than A&E Factory Service you will be contacted no later than mid morning the day of service with an estimated time of arrival.
2.        If your appliance was purchased within the last 12 months then it should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty but you will be required to show proof of purchase at the time of service. If you have any service contract or maintenance agreement you must schedule your service by contacting the contract administrator whose number should be listed on your service agreement contract.
3.        If your appliance is not under warranty or covered by a service contract then the charge for the technician to come to your home will cover diagnosing the problem with the appliance, and a written estimate for the repair - good for 30 days.
4.        you need to cancel service or reschedule service, then you may call 1-800-688-9900, option 2 for existing appliance, then option 1 for service.
