Please carefully read the Service Instructions below:
  1. An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the home during the repair.
  2. If your appliance was purchased within the last 12 months, it should be covered by the one year limited manufacturer's warranty but you will be required to show proof of purchase at the time of service.
  3. If you have an extended service plan or maintenance agreement you must schedule service by contacting the contract administrator whose number should be listed on your service agreement contract
  4. If your appliance is not under the one year limited manufacturer's warranty or covered by an extended service agreement, the charge for the technician to come to your home will cover diagnosing the problem with the appliance and a written estimate for the repair - good for 30 days
  5. Service calls to correct the installation of your major appliance, to instruct you how to use your major appliance, to replace or repair house fuses, or to correct house or plumbing are not covered by the one year limited manufacturer's warranty.
